OVERVIEW

A full day out of Nairobi into the Great Rift Valley. You start with a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, gliding past pods of hippo and tossing fish to the fish eagles that swoop down on cue.

After lunch you enter Hell's Gate National Park, one of the few parks in Kenya where you can walk and cycle freely among zebra, giraffe and warthog. Optional visits to the Ol Njorowa gorge and the geothermal spa finish the day.
