Goodlife Holidays arranges airport transfers at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and Wilson Airport in Nairobi, Kenya, and sells tour packages across Kenya and East Africa. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through one of our forms we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, flight details, travel dates and times, pickup and drop-off points, passenger numbers, and any requirements or comments you add.

For Airport Fast Tracking we also collect passenger names and nationality, because an agent has to be matched to a named traveller at the terminal, and the airport requires the agent to know who they are meeting.

We do not ask for passport numbers, identity documents or card details on this website. If you go on to book, we may ask for the passenger details the airport requires, and we will tell you why at the time.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to quote and arrange the transfer or package you asked about, to contact you about a booking, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Where you have asked us to, we also use your contact details to follow up about your trip.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to. Our dispatch team sees your enquiry. For a transfer or fast-tracking job, the driver or licensed agent assigned to you receives the minimum needed to meet you: your name, flight, date, time and meeting instructions. We use WhatsApp for messaging, and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used; those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, as Kenyan tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the email address or WhatsApp number on our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to signed-in staff accounts and we keep the number of those accounts deliberately small. No system is perfect, so please do not send us more information than we need in order to help you.
