This page is for arrivals only: picking you up at the airport and driving you into the city. If you are going the other way — from your hotel out to the airport for a flight — that is our Transfers – Departures service, and it should be booked there instead.
Tell us the flight number and we track the flight rather than the clock. If the aircraft lands early or three hours late, your driver is there when you actually walk through. He waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, helps with the luggage and takes you to the vehicle.
From JKIA we drive you anywhere in Nairobi and beyond, whether that is a hotel in Westlands, a home in Karen or a lodge out of town; from Wilson Airport we cover the domestic and charter arrivals. You are met, you are driven, and you pay the route price on the rate card with no surprises at the kerb.

Wheelchair Services
Airport wheelchair assistance, a trained pusher and an escort from the aircraft to your driver. Booked in advance, so the equipment and the person are waiting when you arrive.

SGR Tickets
We book your seats on Kenya's Madaraka Express between Nairobi and Mombasa, pay for them, and send the e-ticket to your phone before you travel.
