WHAT IT IS
Out of the hotel and onto your flight, on time
This page is for departures only: collecting you from your hotel or the city and dropping you at the airport for your flight. If you are arriving and need a ride into town, that is our Transfers – Arrivals service, and it should be booked there instead.
We work backwards from your flight time. Nairobi traffic is unpredictable, so your driver arrives with enough margin for check-in, and at JKIA the terminal can be busy on international departures. You tell us the flight and we tell you the pick-up time that gets you there comfortably.
The driver collects you from your hotel door or any address you name, loads the bags and drives you to JKIA or Wilson Airport, dropping you at the correct terminal. For an early-morning flight we plan the night before and arrive at the agreed hour, because nothing is worth missing a plane over.
Book at least 24 hours ahead — allow extra time on weekday mornings

Airport Fast Tracking
A licensed agent meets you at the aircraft and walks you through the fast-track lane past the immigration queue, then on through baggage, customs and the kerbside. Works on arrival, departure or in transit, and combines with Meet & Assist.

Wheelchair Services
Airport wheelchair assistance, a trained pusher and an escort from the aircraft to your driver. Booked in advance, so the equipment and the person are waiting when you arrive.

SGR Tickets
We book your seats on Kenya's Madaraka Express between Nairobi and Mombasa, pay for them, and send the e-ticket to your phone before you travel.
