WHAT IT IS
A day out of the office that the team actually remembers
A team building day only works if somebody has actually done the work: the venue held, the programme pitched at the group, the facilitator briefed on what the team is really wrestling with, and the vehicles where they said they would be. Days that go flat usually do so for the want of that preparation rather than for want of activities.
We plan the day with you and then run it. Tell us how many are coming, the date and roughly what you want out of it, and we come back with a programme and a price. It can be a half day in Nairobi, a full day out at Naivasha or Limuru, or a residential weekend with the safari and the accommodation built around it.
We work with facilitators who do this properly rather than a driver with a whistle, and we will tell you honestly when a plan will not suit the group in front of us. If the team is small, we will say a half day is enough. If the day is as much a reward as an exercise, we will build the fun in and keep the activities light.

A uniformed host meets you inside the terminal with a name board, helps with the trolley and stays with you through immigration, baggage and customs to the kerbside handover.

Airport Fast Tracking
A licensed agent meets you at the aircraft and walks you through the fast-track lane past the immigration queue, then on through baggage, customs and the kerbside. Works on arrival, departure or in transit, and combines with Meet & Assist.

Wheelchair Services
Airport wheelchair assistance, a trained pusher and an escort from the aircraft to your driver. Booked in advance, so the equipment and the person are waiting when you arrive.

SGR Tickets
We book your seats on Kenya's Madaraka Express between Nairobi and Mombasa, pay for them, and send the e-ticket to your phone before you travel.
