WHAT IT IS
A calm wait between two long flights
Transit is its own kind of journey. You are not entering Kenya, so you do not clear immigration, but you still have to find the transit security channel, work out which gate your onward flight leaves from and judge how long the walk really takes. None of that is obvious the first time.
Your host meets you at the door of the inbound aircraft or at the transit desk with your name on a board. They walk you through transit security, check the onward gate on the departures board and take you there by the shortest route, leaving time for a bathroom stop and something to eat on the way.
If you have several hours to wait, we can arrange lounge access so you are not sitting on the floor by a gate. If your connection is tight, your host knows which security channel moves fastest at that hour and will tell you before you start walking. We track both flights, so a late inbound does not leave you stranded wondering what happens next.
