Cancellations & Refunds

Life happens and plans change. Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can to recover costs on your behalf. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Airport transfers and Meet & Greet

Cancel more than twenty-four hours before your pickup time and you pay nothing. Cancel inside twenty-four hours and we charge the cost of the vehicle we have already committed, which is normally half the transfer price. If nobody is at the meeting point and we cannot reach you, the transfer is treated as a no-show and is not refundable.

If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup at no charge — that is not a cancellation.

Airport Fast Tracking

Fast tracking needs airport approval and an agent assigned to a named traveller, so it has to be cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the flight. Inside that window the airport fee and agent's time are already committed and the service is not refundable. Where a booking is refused for a reason that is ours, or the service cannot be delivered at all, you receive a full refund.

Tour packages

Package bookings follow the cancellation terms of the lodges and operators we book with, which vary. As a guide: more than sixty days before departure, the deposit is refundable less any supplier charges we cannot recover; thirty to sixty days, fifty per cent; inside thirty days, no refund. Your written quote sets out the exact terms for your itinerary, and those terms prevail.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, within fourteen days of the agreed cancellation. Any currency conversion difference or bank or mobile-money charge is deducted from the amount refunded, because we do not receive those back either.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel — because a vehicle is unserviceable, an airport restricts access, or a supplier withdraws — you may take the same service with a different vehicle or agent at no extra cost, move the booking to another date, or receive a full refund. You choose.

How to cancel

Message or call us on the WhatsApp number or phone number on our contact page, and tell us the reference number from your confirmation. A cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it, so please wait for our reply.
