Cookie Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. We keep our use of them to the minimum needed to run this site.
What this site sets
A session cookie and a security token, which keep your place while you move between pages and protect our forms against cross-site request forgery. Without these the enquiry forms cannot work. They contain no personal information and are removed when you close your browser.
If you send an enquiry we also keep a small record of the form's timing to help filter out automated spam.
Analytics
If the site owner has added a Google Analytics measurement ID in the admin, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. The reports we see are aggregated: they do not identify you. Google's own privacy policy governs how that data is handled.
Embedded content
The map on our contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Those are governed by OpenStreetMap's policies, not ours.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, and you can browse this site with analytics cookies blocked — the enquiry forms will still work. Blocking the session cookie, however, will prevent the forms from submitting. Look for "Cookies" or "Privacy" in your browser's settings to change what you allow.
