WHAT IT IS
The queue is the part you can skip
Fast tracking is not queue-jumping for its own sake. It is the difference between a smooth arrival and an hour standing in a hall after a long flight, and it has to be arranged in advance, approved by the terminal and handled by an accredited agent. It sits alongside the three Meet & Assist flows as a second layer on top of them.
On arrival your agent meets you at the aircraft bridge or in the immigration hall with a name board, walks you through the fast-track lane, and stays with you at the visa and eTA desk, through baggage reclaim and customs, and out to your driver at the kerbside. On departure we meet you at the terminal entrance and take you through check-in, immigration and security to the gate. For transit passengers, the agent covers the walk between the inbound and onward gates.
You can book fast tracking on its own, or add it to any of the three Meet & Assist flows. Added to Arrivals or Departures it takes the queue out of the middle of a journey you have already arranged; added to Transit it moves you through the transit channel faster. On its own it does exactly the job described here and nothing more.

Fast tracking has to be pre-approved, so we need to know exactly who is travelling. Book at least 24 hours ahead.

Your agent is accredited and the slot has to be lodged with the terminal before you land.

On arrival your agent is waiting at the bridge or in the immigration hall with a name board.
