WHAT IT IS
Checked in, walked through and seated at the gate
Leaving a country is often the more stressful half of the journey. You are carrying everything you own, the check-in queue is long, and the steps between the terminal door and the gate are easy to get wrong when you do not know the building. Our departure host takes you through them in order.
Your host waits for you at the terminal entrance, helps you find the right check-in desks and stays while your bags are weighed and tagged. If your airline charges for excess baggage, they help you settle it. If you want to claim a VAT refund on purchases, we take you to the refund desk first, because it has to be done before check-in closes.
From there your host walks you through immigration and the security screening and stops only at the gate, having checked that your flight is boarding from the gate printed on your boarding pass. If the flight is delayed or the gate changes, you have someone with you who can ask the airline staff directly.

Airport wheelchair assistance, a trained pusher and an escort from the aircraft to your driver. Booked in advance, so the equipment and the person are waiting when you arrive.
